Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS priority (3-7 business days) with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Currently, our website is designed to accept orders in the US/Canada. However we will be more than happy to take international order if you may kindly contact us directly.

Warranty Policy

We provide a 1 year warranty for all new paddles from the moment the paddle is sold. This applies to the original owner with proof of purchase. We will repair or replace paddles that are damaged due to faulty manufacturing. Paddles that are damaged due to banging on the boat, impact from another paddle or poor handling during transportation, will not be replaced.

Pictures of the damaged paddle are required before filing a warranty claim. We inspect every paddle case by case and reserve our right to make the final judgment. Here are examples of faulty manufacturing:

  • If a paddle breaks at the shoulder of the blade, where it meets the shaft within the first year.
  • If the surface of the blade area appears to be peeling off without the appearance damage on the blade.
  • If the locking mechanism breaks within the first year due to normal uses.

We suggest that you:

- Use a paddle bag/ tip protector
- Avoid leaving in a hot car/sun for extended periods
- Check regularly for dings/cracks/punctures - In this case it is best to make a temporary repair with waterproof tape
